Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By applying to, being approved for, or promoting any product through the CLAUVUS PRESS affiliate program, you agree to these terms. Promoting our products with an affiliate link constitutes acceptance of these terms whether or not you have signed anything.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to promote our products using your assigned affiliate link and the promotional materials we provide. This license may be revoked at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Approved affiliates earn 35 percent of the net sale price on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate link. Commissions are tracked and paid by Gumroad according to Gumroad's payout schedule and policies. We do not process or hold affiliate payments directly.

Performance rate. An affiliate who generates 50 or more qualifying sales within 45 days of their first sale will be moved to a 40 percent commission rate, applied retroactively to sales within that window, and will remain at 40 percent going forward. We determine qualification based on Gumroad's records.

Refunds and reversals. Commissions on sales that are refunded, charged back, or reversed for any reason will be deducted from your balance. A "qualifying purchase" is a completed, paid, non-refunded sale.

We provide graphics, captions, scripts, and templates for your use in promoting our products. You may use these materials only for that purpose. You may not alter our logos, book covers, or the name Dr. R. Burton, and you may not present our materials as your own original work. You may not sell, redistribute, or bundle our promotional materials or any product files.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship on every post, video, page, email, or message that contains your affiliate link, in compliance with the United States Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guides and the laws of your jurisdiction. Acceptable disclosures include "affiliate link," "I earn a commission," "#ad," or "#affiliate," placed where a reasonable reader will see it before clicking.

You may not:

1. 01Make any claim of guaranteed income, guaranteed results, or specific earnings from our products
2. 02Fabricate testimonials, results, or reviews, or present results you did not personally obtain as your own
3. 03Represent yourself as CLAUVUS PRESS, CLAUVUS LLC, AI Wealth Team, or Dr. R. Burton, or imply an employment, partnership, or endorsement relationship beyond that of an independent affiliate
4. 04Bid on our brand names, book titles, or author name in paid search or paid social advertising
5. 05Send unsolicited commercial email, direct messages, or comments (spam)
6. 06Post affiliate links on coupon, cashback, deal-aggregator, or discount sites, or offer unauthorized discounts or rebates
7. 07Use your own affiliate link to purchase products for yourself or for anyone you direct to purchase
8. 08Purchase, share, or distribute product files, or provide access to product content to anyone who has not purchased it
9. 09Promote our products alongside content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that would reasonably damage our reputation
10. 10Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any technical method to attribute sales that did not result from a genuine referral
11. 11Misrepresent the price, contents, or availability of any product

We may terminate your participation immediately, without notice, at our sole discretion. If termination results from a violation of Section 5 or Section 6, you forfeit all unpaid commissions, and we may request that Gumroad withhold or reverse them. You may leave the program at any time by notifying us or removing your affiliate link from your content.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, business registrations, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction. You have no authority to bind CLAUVUS LLC to any obligation.

All product content, titles, cover designs, the Think & Master name, the AI DNA name, and all materials we provide remain the exclusive property of CLAUVUS LLC. No ownership passes to you under these terms.

The program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of sales, traffic, commissions, or program availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLAUVUS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, and our total liability to you will not exceed commissions actually earned by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLAUVUS LLC, CLAUVUS PRESS, AI Wealth Team, and Dr. R. Burton from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your promotional activity or your breach of these terms.

We may change these terms at any time by posting an updated version at this page. Changes take effect 7 days after posting. Continued promotion after that date constitutes acceptance. Material changes to commission rates will not apply retroactively to sales already completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
